Molly Putnam, MA, LMHC and Clinical Supervisor

I truly believe that each individual is uniquely creative and has a powerful story to share. I am passionate about people and passionate about this work of healing. It is an honor to be a witness to your story and walk with you toward deeper understanding of yourself and ultimately a better life.

I look forward to hearing and engaging in your story.

My approach

My approach to therapy is holistic and client centered.  I believe that the client-therapist relationship should be a safe and trusting environment where we work collaboratively to address your reasons for seeking help.  My attitude as your counselor is genuine, supportive, and empathetic.  We will discuss what challenges you face, how these relate to your current situation, your relationship to others, and your relevant past.  It is my hope that you will have deeper insight into your thoughts and feelings as well as feel empowered to make healthy and thoughtful decisions through this process.  My ultimate goal is that, through this relationship, healing will take place. In order for this work to be beneficial it will require the full participation of both the client and counselor.
