Trauma

Living with trauma is excruciating. You may feel as though you are walking on eggshells, hyper-vigilant, in emotional distress, easily triggered, and generally in pain. Pregnancy & postpartum

Motherhood is one of the most beautiful and complex parts of life. There are so many potential challenges and complex emotions that coincide with trying to become pregnant, pregnancy loss, the duration of pregnancy, and the period after giving birth. If you have faced challenges in these areas it may feel isolating and difficult to feel like yourself or even bond with your baby. I can work with you to identify what you are feeling and heal what trauma may be affecting you, helping you become the parent you want to be.
