Fees

Our first interaction will be a free 15-20 minute phone consultation. This time will be spent getting to know you, what your goals are in therapy, and see if I can provide what you are looking for.

After the consultation, subsequent therapy sessions will be as follows: 

• Individual session (55 minutes) $160

• Lifespan integration session (90 minutes) $200

• Couples session (55 minutes) $180

• Couples session (90 minutes) $240

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check and debit/credit cards.

Reduced rates

I believe counseling should be affordable and accessible for everyone, I offer reduced rates for those who cannot afford the full fee due to financial hardships. These slots are given on a first come, first served basis and must be arranged in advanced.

Insurance

I am in network with both Premera and Lifewise. I would be considered an out of network provider for other insurance companies, but am happy to provide you with a monthly statement that can be submitted to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. I recommend you contact your insurance company for more information regarding their requirements for coverage.

Cancellations

All no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session amount.
